Nope!

You can cancel a subscription whenever you like, but please let us know why you’re leaving us if you do by popping us an email: hello@logicaleco.com

HOW DO I VIEW MY CURRENT SUBSCRIPTIONS?

In your account

From here, you can click on subscriptions and this will show you an overview of your current subscriptions.

HOW DO I CHANGE A SUBSCRIPTION?

Inside your subscriptions

On any subscription, click “view” and then you have the choice to Cancel, Change Address, Change Payment or Renew now.

DO I NEED TO SET UP AND ACCOUNT WITH YOU?

For subscriptions, yes.

If you become one of our wonderful subscribers, WooCommerce (the platform we use to list out products) needs to store your details so we can send your products to the right place and charge you for the products you use with us.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY ACCOUNT DETAILS?

On the My Account Page

Once you are logged in on the My Account page you can edit and view everything including Subscriptions, Addresses, Payment methods andAccount details.

HOW DO I RESET MY PASSWORD?

Click here.

Within the My account page you can click “Lost your Password?” and this will initiate a password reset for you to your email address.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Any card or Mobile Pay apps.

We use Stripe to process our payments. They accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as all mobile pay applications like Apple Pay and Google Pay.

HOW DO I USE A VOUCHER CODE?

There is a box on the Checkout page.

Inside the checkout page you should see a Coupon Code box, or you will see a prompt that says “do you have a coupon code”. If you click that it should let you submit it.
